We are Chris & Sean, and we have been in the residential property sector since 2010. We have a passion for property development and having purchased and renovated many of our own properties, we understand the complexities that buying a house can bring.

HOW WE DO IT...
LET'S GET TOGETHER
We take the time to meet and talk through your requirements in more detail; locations, budgets and your expectations for your next home. This is your opportunity to let us know exactly what it is that you are looking for, so we get it right for you.
WE'VE FOUND THE ONE
Once we find a property together that you want to proceed with, we will use our expert negotiation skills on your behalf to secure the home. We will always keep you informed at every key stage throughout the process.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
Using our extensive contacts across various networks and platforms, we will start speaking to agents regarding your search. We will start to view properties on your behalf and advise you as soon as suitable properties arise.
OUR COMMITMENT
We are committed to keeping everyone informed, and keep in regular contact with you, your estate agent and your legal team (as required) throughout the process. We again, will pass on any updates to you at regular intervals.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
We will keep you thoroughly updated throughout our search and advise you of properties we plan to view on your behalf. We will let you know as much detail as possible when we report back to you following any viewings.
SUPPORTING YOU
Once you have exchanged contracts, or have an agreed move in date, we will support you in organising removals teams, collection and handover of keys, as well as any other arrangements or services you may require.
OUR LOCATIONS
We specialise mainly in property searches across the counties of Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire, although our services are not limited to these locations alone. Our priority is to find you the right property in your desired area, so we can travel further afield if required.
We are based in Haslemere, Surrey, a central location offering easy access to the Surrey Hills, South Downs National Park, and London.
OUR FEES
We do not charge a fee for an initial consultation, as it is important to us that we understand your requirements fully before instruction.
Once you instruct us to proceed with your search, we will charge an initial retention fee of £750. This covers our set-up fee’s for your search and our unlimited attention to your search for a period of 12 months. This fee is refundable when we find a property for you.
VAT is currently not payable on our fees.
BUYING
Upon completion of your purchase, 0.8% of the agreed purchase price will be payable directly to us.
RENTALS
Upon signing contracts for your rental property, a fee equivalent to one months rent will be payable.
